The staff were helpful and spoke English well , a definite plus for navigating the city.
The hotel sent several emails before my stay , yet I found the provided link impossible to open , quite the frustrating start. I am quite sure this isn't how things should work , and it was like a rather transparent attempt to avoid something.

the studio double room i stayed in offered ample space. the room was also very clean. its kitchenette was a definite plus.
the walls in the room looked a bit shabby. some of the furniture looked old. the hotel's distance from shinjuku station was longer than expected about 25 minutes on foot.

the rooms are spacious and have a well equipped kitchen. i appreciate the many lighting options provided in the room. i found the deep bath and shower very relaxing after a long day.
i notice some wear on the walls in the room. they might benefit from a fresh coat of paint.

a self service laundry with washers and dryers were available. the lobby offers complimentary coffee, i found very convenient. wi fi is very fast and stable, it allows me to work without interruption.
