impossible link tax invoice refusal
The staff were helpful and spoke English well , a definite plus for navigating the city.
The hotel sent several emails before my stay , yet I found the provided link impossible to open , quite the frustrating start. I am quite sure this isn't how things should work , and it seemed like a rather transparent attempt to avoid something.

adequate stay in a studio double room
ample space clean room useful kitchenette shabby walls old furniture distant location
the studio double room i stayed in offered ample space. the room was also very clean. its kitchenette was a definite plus.
the walls in the room looked a bit shabby. some of the furniture was old. the hotel's distance from shinjuku station was longer than expected about 25 minutes on foot.

spacious room equipped kitchen lighting option deep bath
the rooms are spacious and have a well equipped kitchen. i appreciate the many lighting options provided in the room. i found the deep bath and shower very relaxing after a long day.
i notice some wear on the walls in the room. they might benefit from a fresh coat of paint.

the front desk staff were cute and helpful . they speaks english fluently and quickly answered all my questions. i appreciate their friendly assistance.
